How do I personalize my custom cutting board?
Personalizing your item is simple! On the product page, select your preferred design template and enter your custom text (names, dates, or messages) in the provided fields. Please double-check all spelling before adding to your cart, as we engrave exactly what you provide to ensure your gift is perfect.
Will I see a digital proof before engraving?
To maintain our industry-leading 24-hour turnaround time, we typically do not send proofs by default. However, if you have a complex design and would like a proof, please request it in the "Order Notes" at checkout. Note: Requesting proof may slightly extend the production timeline.
Can I use my own business logo or a custom design?

2. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
How long does it take to make my personalized gift?
We pride ourselves on speed and quality. Most custom cheese boards and cutting boards are handcrafted and laser-engraved within 24 hours. For bulk or highly complex orders, production may take 2-3 business days.
Do you offer rush orders for last-minute gifts?
Because our standard production is already ultra-fast (ready in 24 hours), most orders don't need "rushing." If you need guaranteed Next-Day Air shipping, please select the expedited shipping option at checkout.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. Once your order leaves our Southern California studio, standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.
Is local pickup available in Los Angeles/Chino Hills?
Yes! Skip the shipping fees and pick up your order at our warehouse:

Because each personalized cutting board is custom-made to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is our priority—if we made an error in the engraving or the item is defective, we will replace it immediately.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Accidents during transit are rare but happen. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will expedite a replacement to you right away.

How do I clean and maintain my engraved board?
To preserve the beauty of the wood and the precision of the engraving, hand wash only with mild soap and warm water. Do not soak in water or put it in the dishwasher. We recommend applying a food-grade mineral oil every 1-2 months to keep the wood hydrated and vibrant.
